Dear those in need of new ideas for Valentine's Day,
Valentine's Day is upon us and I for one can attest that many a lovers quarrel stem from this day. So I would like to help EVERYONE as best I can avoid potential heartache.
When Kristen from EverythingValentine.com asked me to create a top ten list of romantic destinations, as hard as I tried I could not do it so instead I have created two TOP TEN LISTS -- one domestic and one international. Please email me and I will send them to you now.
But before I do, listen up guys because here's a few things to keep in mind this Valentine's Day that you won't want to miss...
KEEP THE PEACE and remember two things: A card is a must—and please make sure you hand write the message. Not just "Love, Ronn" either...be sure to write a sentence or two.
Only write or say what you mean. Actions speak louder than words and that becomes more meaningful to a woman as she becomes older. Sooner or later the promises get old and women need to know you're telling the truth when you say, "I will never let you down." If you're not 100% positive, don't say it. Period.
Wine or port that is ready to be opened that night coupled with having the foresight to research and book that intimate and special restaurant is also important. You can also opt to create a romantic dinner at home.
A gift, while not necessary, will earn you bonus points. Remember Valentine's Day presents need not be expensive, but they should express your true sentiments.

Now all that being said...cards, flowers, perfumes, chocolates,and even gems are all good but what I know best is travel—namely romantic travel to places that are little hideaways, both international and domestic.
The places I choose are just for the two of you (no children or pets.) We've created a list of our favorite places in the USA as well as a top ten list of international destinations. Most are on the quiet side but a few are action packed.
You see, the whole idea is to offer you the chance to fall in love all over again with each other. And as corny as that may sound, it's important to get away from the same "old hum drum days in and days out" and reunite in a special place the two of you can share.
