In Cambridge, Mass., couples can cuddle up with The Charles Hotel's
''Simple Pleasures'' package. Available Feb. 11-14 for $295 per
night, it comes with deluxe accommodations, bottle of bubbly, a
basket of aromatherapy products, tickets for two to live jazz at
the hotel bar and rose petals sprinkled on the pillows. Guests also
enjoy free use of the Wellbridge Health & Fitness Center.

Politics and romance can mix in Washington, D.C. at the Washington
Plaza Hotel's ''Room for Romance'' package. Priced at $149 per night,
per couple, and including room, a bottle of champagne, fresh strawberries,

If relaxing is top on your list you might want to head down to Charlottesville,
VA. The Boar’s Head Inn package includes two one-hour massages and

flowers and champagne on arrival, daily breakfast, a candlelight

second comes with daily spa breakfast, lunch or dinner daily, three
massages, one body treatment, manicure and hairstyling for each.
The package also comes with a choice of fitness options, including

If money is no object, book the ''Lavish Love Affair'' package
at Seattle's Alexis Hotel. This one-night package, available Feb.
14, is $1,250. That covers accommodations in a romantic fireplace
suite, local limousine transportation to the hotel, two fireside
massages, custom his-and-hers fragrances from Parfumerie Nasreen
and dinner for two from The Painted Table's aphrodisiac menu. Guests

A more affordable option at the Alexis is the ''Unforgettable Romance''
package, available Feb. 11-14. It features accommodations, a chilled

$440 per night for a fireplace suite.
San Francisco tops many lists of most-romantic cities in the world,
and area hotels will take care of their guests this Valentine's
Day. At the Pan Pacific San Francisco, choose from the ''One Honey
of a Valentine's Day,'' for $260 per night, or ''One Suite Honey
of a Valentine's Day,'' for $725 per night, packages. The first
comes with a room, bottle of bubbly and truffles for two. The second

might want to head to the Tenaya Lodge, located two miles from the

package wraps up accommodations, room-service breakfast for two

In Colorado, stay in a luxury room at the Vail Cascade Resort, where
